Dr. Phil Hoyer is a graduate of Clarks Summit University, BSM (Music); Biola University, MA (Theology); and The Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies, DWS (Doctorate of Worship Studies)

Pastor Phil and Susan Hoyer came to Kingsland Community Church in August, 2020. Pastor Phil has over 46 years of pastoral ministry in New York and California, primarily in a multi-denominational setting. Susan and he have three adult children and seven grandchildren.
